What are Apex Fitness’ hours of operation?

Apex Fitness offers 24/7 access for all members! Whether you’re an early bird, night owl, or anywhere in between, you can work out whenever it fits your schedule.

Are staff on-site 24/7?

While the gym is accessible to members 24/7 staffed hours will be Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm and Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm

How do members access the gym after staffed hours?

Members will receive secure, individual FOB access so you can enter the facility anytime—day or night.

Does Apex Fitness offer child care services or a designated child area?

Apex Fitness does not provide child care services or a child supervision area. This is due to liability and safety requirements that all members and guests must follow.

Can minors work out at Apex Fitness?

Yes! Minors ages 14 and older may obtain a membership with a parent or guardian’s approval. Members under 16 must be accompanied and properly supervised by their parent or guardian during their workouts.

What types of equipment are available at Apex Fitness?

Do You Offer Group Fitness Classes?

At this time, Apex Fitness does not offer group fitness classes. Our focus is on providing high-quality equipment, a clean environment, and 24/7 access so you can train on your own schedule and at your own pace.

Came in on a day pass with a friend. Monthly membership prices is comparable to other individually owned gyms in the area. All of the equipment is brand new and feels absolutely amazing. All necessary attachments for cable machines are already in place, great cardio area. Absolutely superb gym. Locker rooms and restrooms are also in peak condition and the gym boasts a strong organized layout in all of its amenities.

We have lived in Middleburg for 20 years and never had a gym that we could use close by us. The owners and staff are amazing and kind. The gym has everything you need. It’s clean. Bathroom and showers are nice. If you live out here you need to check them out. We are so happy Apex opened in Middleburg.

From the first day I walked in there for a tour the owners were awesome and the gym alone is outstanding, best gym in Middleburg, especially for the price. Also the owner will workout with you sometimes, he is truly the best.
